Best - Chrome - excellent in performance, accurate tag rendering.
Normal - Safri - reasonable. flickering...in resizing. some time confusing in tag rendering.
under normal - Firefox. need more effort. ref. following example
Worst - IE. version? - who wants the versions? IE6, IE7,IE8,IE9,IE10.
ignored standard, late css support and every version has different rendering rule.
nightmare - Opera. Is this a browser?
Example........ a layout.
header
mid - left right(upper,lower-has a iframe)
footer
----
key - resizing free layout, flexible width height. no outermost scroll bar.
header, footer have fixed height and 100% width.
mid - flexible height
left - fixed width, right - flexible with
upper - fixed height
lower has an iframe.
------
All div examples spread out on the internet is a kind of cheating trick.
These div layout make more troubles the source become complicated.
verification? give different color each area and give opacity:0.5 in style properties.
hmm next rest... table- long term used.
point - iframe ... mid - right - lower(need flexible width,height and rest of 100% filling)
Chrome,Safari are good.
Firefox, IE, Opera didn't expand the rest fill.
......last method - onload, onresize event listener
different calculated size against same source each case in Firefox, IE, Opera.
In case Opera, not recommended to User. Firefox is either.
But IE case............. another nightmare....... so many version.
Over 20 years Microsoft IE didn't effort. They just do a business eager to profit.
Should be disappeared. Yes, they are micro, not precise just tiny.
